Alexander Teacher offers one-to-one lessons in exchange for plumbing or carpentry work. Alexander Technique is the world-famous therapy which helps people overcome pain and stress, and perform the activities they choose at their very best. Paul is a member of The Society of Teachers of The Alexander Technique (STAT) and works in Newhaven and at the Ashdown Natural Health Clinic in Forest Row. (Exchanges based on standard charge of 25 per session, or 200 for a course of ten sessions)
